Alterar a porta do terminal service do windows

iniciar > executar > regedit

Após localize a chave

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\WinStations\RDP-Tcp

Procure o registro PortNumber, e altere o valor decimal dele para a porta que desejar.
